It is recommended to hand wash the covers in warm water and hang them out to dry.

Can I use it on my chair or sofa?

No - you do not have to be lying down on the floor to use the Fitlit acupressure Mat.
Yes - you can use the mat on a chair or sofa to aid relaxation too. 

We recommend each session to be 10 minutes long. 

Sessions should last no longer than 45 minutes.

It is not advised to fall asleep on the mat or use it for prolonged periods of time, other than the recommended session time.
